We are committed to providing you with a satisfying shopping experience. If you wish to return an item, please follow our return policy below:

1. Return Conditions

  • Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging.
  • Personalized or custom-made items, as well as items on sale or clearance, are not eligible for return, except in case of defect.

2. Return Procedure

To make a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Register your return request online via our site, using the dedicated form for this purpose.
  2. Once the request is validated, you will receive a prepaid return label by email, along with shipping instructions.
  3. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and attach the return label to the package.
  4. Drop off the package at the collection point indicated on the label.

3. Return Fees

  • Return fees are at the customer's expense, except in case of defect or an error on our part.
  • If you use the provided return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

4. Refund

  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not supported via our return process. To get a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Defective Items or Order Errors

If you receive a defective item or if we have made an error in your order:

  • Contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt, with a photo of the product and a description of the issue.
  • We will arrange the return at our expense and offer you a replacement or a refund.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

  • If you are not entirely satisfied with an item purchased in your order, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving the item(s) to obtain a refund. Naturally, the products must be returned in new and unused condition in their original packaging.
  • In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal (14 days), we are required to refund the amounts paid by the customer, at no cost, with the exception of return shipping fees. The refund is due within a maximum period of 14 business days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).
