Delivery in France

We ship orders once they have been validated by our department, usually within 24/48 hours.

Delivery of your items after shipment generally takes an average of 7 to 12 business days.

If the item needs to be crafted for your order, we will send you a message to notify you of the time required for its production. Indeed, certain items require more work time and are crafted upon request. The quality of our items will, of course, not be neglected.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified by email and we will send you the package tracking number.

• We do everything possible to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our service.

• We work with Colissimo or La Poste in order to deliver your package as quickly as possible and at a lower cost. It may happen, exceptionally, that we choose a private carrier depending on the location of your address.

• Items are delivered according to the general terms and conditions of your local post office or the logistics agency handling your package.

• Your orders are generally delivered during post office business hours. From Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, depending on your delivery region.
• There may be delivery uncertainties depending on the carrier. You will obviously be contacted if there is a delay or any other defect related to your order.
